What is the correct LoP setup?

What is the correct LoP for a precision rifle? I read several places on the inter-webs (which are never wrong) that you should take your firing arm and bend it at the elbow in a 90 degree angle. You should be able to grab the trigger comfortably and have the butt stock comfortably but firmly pressed into your biceps. That is the proper LoP. Right, wrong, indifferent?
