What Muzzle Blast?

DS Arms, not wanting be to outdone by their AR-making counterparts, will be selling a Short Barred Rifle (SRB) and pistol version of the FN FAL. They feature a barrel about 8" long.

The pistol is essentially the SBR with the stock replaced with a sling attachment.

The SBR pictured above is actually a full auto model; it is in effect a 7.62x51mm Personal Defense Weapon!

The pistol is...well...interesting, but the SBR looks like it could have a lot of potential. Makes me miss the HK51 clones (a.k.a. - The Firebreathers)!

During the ban I bought one of their 16" models that had the integral or permanently attached muzzle brake (can't remember which way it was attached) and that blast was fairly impressive, frequently shooting sparks and turning things in the immediate area black/charred. I can only imagine what these will be like.

The 11" with the muzzle break makes the next guy on the line feel like he is getting hit in the face.
