Good Topic!
I have worn Oakley Frogskins for years. Not the "classic" frogskins, but an older style that they don't make anymore.

I like that they fit a larger head, and have that wrap-around bug eye shape. Best part for me is that even when riding my motorcycle, my eyes don't tear at all, they just deflect the wind perfect for me. They can only be had through ebay now though, and they're getting expensive.
Another pair that have become my favorite everyday wear sunglasses are a pair of Suncloud Optics "King" model glasses. I worked in an outdoor store for almost 10 years as a second job, and we sold Oakleys, Costas, Maui Jims, Ray Bans, all the big names. When it was slow, I'd go try on everything, and that one pair of Sunclouds fit like they were made for me. The guy that they had as our store's expert, and who went to all the manufacturer seminars for all the sunglass brands whenever they had them told me that Sunclouds were actually not too bad. (they cost < $50 compared to all the others costing 2-5 times as much. Polarizing is in the lens as opposed to just a coating like on cheaper glasses.
Nothing protects unless you're wearing them, and the more comfortable and good fitting they are, the more you'll wear them.
My best advice, go try on as many different brands and styles as possible and eventually there will be a pair that fits like no others, so buy those.
