J-Ham... this one was sent to me. Where the sender got it... I don't want to know.

Though a few years ago, I was trying to get a set of ball-bearing races re-ground and have new, oversize bearings put in it because the particular bearing set was NLA.

I can say that Google searching on the keyword "re-balling" was a very, very bad idea.
