Need help with my budget thermal buy, as the title says, I have $2,250 to spend.

Uses will be strictly 300 yards and in, primarily varmint control and deer under depredation permit for farmland.

What are my options?

You’re gonna have to throw out some use cases and expectations for any type of relevant answer.

Plus if you read through the threads you are going to hear the same thing. At that price you are pretty limited on options for a good quality thermal. Keep saving a little more and you’ll be glad you did.

If you want to put said thermal on a rifle and shoot critters with it ... then Apex 38mm is the answer

If you want to find the missing house cat in the backyard a Torrey Pines for around $600 will get the job done.
