Maybe in situations like this, the budget woes will help us to consider alternative methods to costly incarceration.

Perhaps this is just me splitting hairs but if they are in jail wouldnt that mean they were CONVICTED killers vice just mearly accused killers.

At no time in this world should an inmate cost the city/state/fed govt money. They should be putting these dirt bags to work. The harder you work the nicer you live, but if you don't carry your weight you can sleep in a ditch....
