What probable cause did that cop have to pull that guy from his vehicle????

Here's another example of a violent outburst by law enforcement, not only did he pull him from the car and assault him, they ruined his buzz.
Should have left him in there. What happens when he drives drunk again(and he will) and he wipes out a family he hits head on?
If they would have let him fry...... The family wuld have sued both the LEO and the Good Samaritan for "not rendering aid"..... That was a situation where the "Goose almost laid the Golden Egg" for the grieving family.

I slipped and fell on the fully prepped needle.
Back when I was a bit younger and surfed the west coast you'd be surprised how many hypodermic needles you would see floating by.
