Hunting & Fishing When can we mail out PA doe tags?

I just got my PA resident hunting license and muzzleloader tag today and the lady at Walmart didn't know when we can start mailing out the doe tag applications.

When can we start mailing them out?

July 11 for residents, July 25 for nonresidents, Aug 1 for 1st round of unsold, and Aug 15 for 2nd round of unsold. Hope this helps.
