If I have a good load that is shooting sub moa, all three shots touching at 100 yards, is that good? If so, when would i change a load? My mew leupold mark 4 lr/t 8.5x25 should arrive in a couple days, and I'm excited to start shooting at longer ranges!! My current load is a 168 berger vld with 69.5 ssc 7828

How many groups ? Try shooting multiple five shot groups instead,it will give you a better idea of what your rifle is actually doing.A high magnification optic isn't always the answer,I had the same 8.5-25x50 Leupold and found myself using 16x most of the time for long range.
