Where to Have a 338 Lapua Built

Ok to all out there! I am looking at building or buying a 338 Lapua around the first of the year. I live in Texas and would like to know everyone's opinion about who to have build the rifle. I will use it for Elk hunting in Colorado and Oregon as well as shooting up to and past 1000 yards. I currently have a Remington 308 in an AICS and love it but want to reach out and touch targets and game at longer distances. I don't have a cash tree in the back yard but I am willing to male some sacrifices when it comes to eating!

I had EZaccuracy here on the hide build mine and it shoots lights out.

Building a 338 isnt the only thing thats hard on the finances. Feeding it also is a pain in the ass!! Stockpile on top ramen now!

I was able to get a AWSM with no wait. Buyer backed out and the rifle was available. Had it in my hands in a week. Took 4-5 months to get the S&B though.
