You submit an application with them, usually get a response within 3 days or so. Once approved with your username login, when you go on the site itll show all of the discounted pricing. I paid right around 1500 for the mk5. shipped very fast too.

I have done this same thing, as long as your supporting documents are in order it goes through in a few days. I have purchased a few scopes through this program and have been pleased. If you are looking at Vortex they have a LEO/ MIL program through Expert Voice, but you can find better deals from Liberty Optics.

The best places to purchase Leupold are Vortex, Bushnell, Nightforce, etc

Just joking, and revealing my anti Leupold bias. Some of their new stuff is very good. Definitely look at the Mil/LEO program they have. It is a smoking deal.

If that fails, definitely go CameraLandNY. Good folks.
