Which 22 WMR Rifle?

I am looking to build a 22 mag rifle (bolt action only no semi-auto) for varmint hunting. Can somebody suggest a rifle to purchase that I will be able to upgrade the stock, barrel, trigger? Basically I am looking to buy/build a 22 mag (bolt action) that will have a lot of after market support. Any help would be appreciated. Also, please do not PM me trying to get me to buy your 22 mag rifle!!!!

How about the CZ 455 varmint barrel. Easy trigger upgrade. Lilja drop in barrel. Boyd's stock.

I've got a Ruger American TAP, OD Green Stock, 18" theaded barrel. It's standard apart from having the trigger spring removed and a DIP 25Moa rail. The trigger ends up around 1lb. With CCI and Hornady 30gr VMax loads it's stupidly accurate - 1/4" 5 shot groups at 50m. It's the cheapest 22wmr I own but by far the most accurate using the above ammo.

While the CZ 455 and Ruger are good choices, there is the Marlin's as well. Or you could go with a Cooper 57M and be done.
