I am looking to send a Leupold 3-9x33 Rimfire EFR scope in for new dials and a new reticle. I was planning on upgrading to the M1 dials but saw the CDS dials on their website. Has anyone gone with the CDS dials and would you recommend the dials over the M1 dials? The scope will be going on a Sako Quad with all four barrels and will need to be zeroed for each barrel.

I am also considering a reticle change. I am looking at the TMR reticle. Is there a better choice available (the TMR did not show as available when I used the build your own software on Leupold's site maybe a custom reticle set-up for the 22LR).

Kind of what would be your choice if building a Leupold scope from scratch for your 22LR/17 HMR rifle and why?

Bill,

Which dials did you get? I like the looks of the low profile CDS dials but with switching back and forth on barrels think the M1 dials may be easier (just start with a 22LR and stick the 50 yard zero's for the rest on the side of the stock, assuming the 22LR has the least amount of elevation required...may start with the HMR as the base ???).
