Which is best for a short barrel?

I will be having a 22 creed, 22–250 or 20 practical built as a dedicated coyote rifle. I'd like to have a relatively short barrel so it's still handy with a suppressor on it. Are any of these more conducive to a short barrel than the rest? I was thinking 18 to 20" if I can get away with it

I'd also consider a 6creed/243 if somebody can convince me that it won't blow big holes in the coyotes. I prefer no exits at all.

I was running a 22-250AI in a 20" barrel. Performance was great, but it always felt a little long with the suppressor.

New build is 16"

I also went up to 6 Creedmoor. The powders I was using in .22-250AI are pretty slow and wouldn't get a very efficient burn in 16 inches. I've seen a few 16" 22 Creeds and they are fire breathers even through the can.

The 6mm bore opens slightly faster burning powders and a better burn in the 16"
