Hunting & Fishing Who is going turkey hunting tomorrow?

Turkey hunting in SC started today, but the land I hunt on we can't hunt on Sunday so the first day of Turkey season starts tomorrow for me. Taking off work tomorrow and getting up at 0300. I struggle to get up for work at 0600, but I can get up to go hunting no problem.....LOL If I have any luck I will post some pics.

I went Sunday and didn’t see or hear a bird, way to windy for any action but it was opening day and I was going. Same deal yesterday and now it’s pouring this morning.

I saw turkeys strutting everywhere I went in Kansas on Saturday. Archery opens 4/1 and shotgun opens 4/15 here.

Got this one opening day he wouldn't get any closer than about 50yds, but the SBE and some Federal TSS gobbler done.....LOL

19 lbs is a big bird, well done man! We’ve taken three in the 16-17 lb range so far this year, 10” beards 1” spurs on average.

Thanks man opening day in SC was Sunday March 22nd, but for me it was Monday March 23rd(No Sunday Hunting on the land I hunt on) SC changed the rules this year we are only allowed one turkey in the first 10 days of the season and only one per day after that and three total so Today was the first day I could have gone again, but work gets in the way I will be going again this Saturday(Good lord willing) I think the guys on my club we have taken 7 or 8 we have 16 guys, but only about 8 guys turkey hunt the other guys pretty much deer hunt only.

@Dendro Hey I just realized your location is Murrells Inlet so I don't need to tell you the SC rules...LOL Where do you hunt? I live in Charleston, but I hunt near Hemingway.
