Who ships Manticore Raptor Charging H. to Europe?

First of all sorry for posting my question here, but I'm not eligible to start a thread in the WTB-section.

I'm looking for a Raptor Charging Handle for my Steyr AUG, but Ratworx told me, the wouldn't ship abroad any more and Manticore hasn't answered my mails at all.

The next problem is, that there are no importers in Europe.

So I'd like to know if there are any companies that will ship this item to Europe.
As far as I know, the charging handle isn't restricted by ITAR and there aren't any issues to be expected concerning the customs, due to the minimal value.

If one of you guys has one RCH for sale (or is willing to buy one and send it to me), I'd appreciate an offer.

I hope you can help me, since I'm trying to buy one for ages.

I'll have to check but as long as it isn't a restricted item by U.S. Customs, I'll buy one and send it to you myself.

Pretty sure gun parts are restricted. You could probably send it there calling it a 'starting handle for dirt bike' or somethingrather and it would go through just fine though.

I've ordered quite many gun-related parts from the US in the last years.
Colt 1911 Tuning Parts, Rails, Mounts and many more...
It's important that the value of the items per package doesn't exceed an amount of USD 100.-
I suppose, many Shops don't know this, because they don't need to, for the US-market is big enough so there is no need to export.
I've never encountered any problems, when receiving a private sending.

The charging handle won't cause any trouble if declared as "plastic part" with a value of USD 20.-
