Why is Aimpoint ACRO P1 backordered everywhere?

Basically what the title says- does anyone know why the Aimpoint ACRO P1 is backordered everywhere online?
Or does anyone have a line on one from a REPUTABLE source? I’m in need of one quickly and it appears to be that I’m in need at the worst possible time.

It took me 30 seconds to find them listed in stock at Kenzie optics, and limited availability on optics planet.

Correction, now they aren't in stock at Kenzie optics.

I'm guessing this is where you will lambast me for my ignorance, and tell me why you want to buy from someone else.
