Winchester 94/22M XTR needs rebluing

I have a Winchester 94/22M XTR that I need to have some polishing and bluing done on. At one time Midwest Gun Works was the place to send it to. It has some significant pitting on the side of the rifle action.
Anybody ever had it done?
also has anyone ever had a rifle ceracoated in a gloss blue like bluing?

This was my deceased uncle’s rifle that I traded for to get it away from his brother because I wanted both of my sons to have a 9422M. So it has some sentimental value. I have my dad’s 94/22 and 94/22M.

I think the receivers on those are investment cast so you have to go to a place that can do the special bluing that is required.

I would give him a call ... he turns really old brownings and the like as new including reblueing, reengraving , wood work ...
