Winchester Model 70 7MM Mag Re-Barreled

I went through the old safe the other day and started to mess around with my model 70. It is currently barreled for 7MM Mag but I was wondering if it would be worth it to get it re-barreled to 300Win Mag? If so would it even be worth it?

If you want a new barrel get it. I’m going to assume that you do since you’re asking.
I put a new good barrel on everything that doesn’t hold sentimental value as is. Is it worth it financially? Not at all. But do I care? No, finances don’t come into it at all. I want it to shoot as accurately as I feel it possibly can so if a new barrel helps me accomplish that then so be it.
