Reading about the 375 Cheytac, it is reported the 350 grn CT bullet has a BC of .943.

Wonder what would happen if you loaded one of those bullets in a 375 H&H Case.

Playing with Berger's Balistic Program, at 2400 fps, you'd be super sonic to 2500 yards. If sighted in at 100 the trajectory at 1000 would be 32.25 MOA.

Along the same lines, what about the 416 Barrett bullet out of a 416 Rigby. It would be super sonic at 1800 and 39 MOA midrange trajectory.

Might have to find some 375 bullets and see what happens. Not sure about the 416 Rigby though, mine kicks enough with the 400 grn bullets.

Problem with cold winter mornings, give you too much time to come up with dumb ideals.

I think those are bore riders, and require a CT bore. Another great option for the .375 H&H is the Cutting Edge 320 grain bullets, works fine in standard bores.

Try the 241 PVA Seneca at 2700 fps from a short fat 300 WSM case: Supersonic to almost 2800 yards. But you need a 7.0 twist.

Amazing that a 30 cal bullet can have a G1 over 1.0 (G7 is 0.555). Superlong mono bullet.

Busy building just that with a 28” barrel. We shall see if the BC proves out, but others on here have reported that the G7 is accurate.
