Would you do this trade?

I have a chance to trade my two NIB Windham Weaponry rifles for a NIB Colt 9mm and a total of five 9mm magazines. One of the new ones with the MagPul MOE type buttstock.

You weren't very clear on who gets what but I assume you have the rifles from your last sentence.

I would be going for the rifles so if you own the rifles keep them if not trade for them.

9MM ARs are dumb. I'd rather have a 5.56, and if not a 9MM GLOCK.

Sorry bout that. Yes I have the 5.56 rifles. Got them in another trade... already have short and long ARs. Was also considering building something cool with them and selling the parts off of them. Basically just using the uppers and lowers and trying something..

So a couple "don't do it's."

Was looking at it this way 1) cheap AR training w/ 9mm. 2) 9mm bullet compatibility with Glocks (but not mags, I know... should get Beretta 9mm Cx4 storm mag interchangeability with my M92fs magazine compatability.)

What would you guys build who say "no trade". For example, I personally don't need a M4 profile barrel and wouldn't a 16" heavy profile barrel just get hot during CQB? Or are they 16" 200m sniper barrels? lol... Just talking...

Why not? I'd guess the Colt would be just as good at collecting dust as those other two. Now if you were actually going to shoot them, I might think twice.

The reason I said don't do it, was because it seemed like a bad trade in the sense that you're rifles are worth more than the pistol. I bet you could sell one rifle and buy that pistol while keeping the second rifle. Like our resident whale killer said, you're just giving away to much.

No deal. I'll find something to do with at least the m4gerey. I can always find something I gotta have. Was having buyers(traders) remorse and was wanting to get out from the Windhams. I don't know enough about them yet; like if they are quality and worth keeping. Hopefully they will be good bases for builds at least.
