It is seldom in this day and age that you find a phenomenal product that is backed by amazing customer service and sales support. This is what you find with US Optics. I placed an order with US Optics, for an SN3 5-25 T-Pal, a couple of weeks ago and recently found out about the ability to have an internal anti-cant indicator built in. So I placed a call and asked questions about this such as: do you have to alter your check weld to view the bubble, how clear is the ACD when viewing the target, is this better than the external fold away and general ease of use. Becky took the time to find a picture taken through a scope that had this feature added, and then put Jeff on the phone to answer all of my questions. After Jeff answered my questions I then asked if I could have this added to my order. Without hesitation, he transferred me back to Becky at which time she asked if I would mind holding while she checked on the status of my scope. When she got back on the phone she informed me that the scope was in quality control, but it would be no problem to add this additional upgrade. Now this amount of service is already great, and it gets better. Becky let me know that this would be at the build rate price - I waited and added this after it was assembled and by all rights they could have informed me that this would be a retro fit procedure, and that the reason for this is that they would now have to disassemble the scope and there would be additional steps that they would need to take. Now it gets even better-- Becky then tells me that I should still receive my scope this week and that when it was shipped they would send me the UPS tracking number so I could know exactly when to expect it! I would like to thank Jeff Fertal and Becky Rodieck for this amazing customer experience and the rest of the team at US Optics for the product they build and develop. This is my second US Optics scope and I can definitely see a third in my future, especially with such a quality team backing these products.
