I have searched, with zero luck, for a dust cover with picatinny rail.

Dont get a cheapo NcStar or similar. Depending what you want to spend and what specific AK you have, this is one of your best options:

I 100% agree with this and highly recommend it. I put one on my SBR draco and I have been very impressed with it so far.
