Firearms WTB Bolt Action Trainer (found the one)

I am in the market for a bolt action trainer, something in 223 Rem or 224 Val that will shoot factory ammo well (Not looking to reload with this rifle). I would prefer a custom action but will look builds from well know rifle builders. Would also prefer a stock over a chassis but I am interested to see what is out there. Nothing to crazy heavy as I am looking to ring some steel and shoot some coyotes around the farm. I was going to buy a Proof Elevation MTR in 223 but I figured lets see what is out there. Thanks Tom
