WTS: 22 Creedmoor Rem/Age Build

I started this build back in February and have since lost interest. Waited 5+ months for the barrel and other priorities have taken over since then and I find myself not having any time to reload. All items were purchased brand new with the exception of the bottom metal, which was a new take-off. This rifle has not been fired. I have fired 26 rounds total of copper creek loaded ammunition, I will include the remaining 14 rounds I have and the 26 pieces of brass. I've tested 75 grain hornady eld-m and 95 grain SMK, both produced roughly 3/4" groups at 100 yards, but shooting conditions were not ideal and I know the rifle is capable of much more with some load development. I simply just do not have the time to invest in this setup. Here is what I have:

- Remington 700 trued action
- Timney 510 trigger
- CBI 22 creedmoor, lite varmint contour cut to 22", 5/8" x 24 threads, fluted, 1/7 twist
- NSS Rem/Age barrel nut and recoil lug
- Grayboe terrain stock, fits the rem/age action and barrel nut perfectly, has not been bedded or altered in any way.
- Standard BDL bottom metal
- Headspaced on Manson precision go/no-go gauges

All together I have about $1735 in it, not including the included ammo and brass. Will sell for $1400, plus shipping/insurance.
