I have for sale a Gap Tempest barreled action chambered in 6 Dasher. This chamber was done by Short Action Customs and has roughly 1000 rounds on it including about 300 fire forming rounds. This barrel was not abused in any way and the only reason I'm selling is I don't shoot it, it just sits. This action has roughly 6k rounds on it and I have never had a single problem with it. I always ran AW mags with no feeding issues. Some have had different experiences with these actions but I am very satisfied and this action is very smooth and has, imo, a bolt lift comparable to a Sako TRG or lighter. The rail on this action has been bedded, there is some wear here and there but it has never been cerakoted and is the DLC coated variety. Bolt sliding feels like it's oiled glass and functionality is 100%. This will come with an extra fire control setup including firing pin, shroud, and cocking piece.

Also included will be 258pcs of three times fired (one being fire forming) Lapua brass. A trigger is available if wanted but price does not include the one pictured.

I bought and sold a terminus Zeus action because it didn’t come close to being as smooth as this action. The bolt lift on this was also lighter than the Zeus. I’ve seen this action shoot in many matches with out ever having an issue. Seller is as honest a guy as you will ever meet.
