I bought it new a few months ago from Anarchy Outdoors, installed it and decided it is not for me. There is not a scratch on it and it fit perfectly in my AI chassis with no wobble at all. The installation is straightforward and can be done in about 5 minutes with a 5/16" roll punch (which I am throwing in for your convenience). You will also need a 2.5mm Allen key (not included) for the AI skin removal.
