I bought these parts and planned to build an accurate 6.5CM AR10 upper within a reasonable budget, then I bought a complete rifle.
Here are the spec of the parts:
(1) Aero M5 upper receiver with small parts installed;
(2) Aero S-one 15-in handguard/barrel nut with the wrench tool;
(3) 22" 1:8 Craddock SS barrel with +2 gas port (0.875); this was made from a Criterion blank.
(4) Head spaced Toolcraft 6.5CM high pressure bolt. Head spaced by Mr. Craddock and sold together with the barrel;
(5) +2 gas tube matched to the barrel.
You only need a bolt carrier, a gas block, and a bolt handle to complete this upper. Craddock's barrels are well known for their accuracy; he is recommended on Bartlein website for making AR10/15 barrels using Bartlein blanks. He uses either Bartlein or Criterion for AR barrels. His Bartlein barrel costs about $200 more.
$700 shipped.
