WTS: Bighorn TL2 Long action 6.5-06 Ackley, Manners MCS T3 w/ mini chassis. Huber trigger, Bartlien 8.5 light varmint, 2 Accurate 300WM magazines. Redding dies. 100 pieces of virgin Norma 25-06 brass..The feed lips on one mag has been adjusted slightly to feed better and the other one has never been used.
This is a project I had going on few years back. I was easily getting 3100 fps with 139 Scenars and 140 Berger Hybrids with Retumbo. I put around 900 rounds through it and the throat was showing considerable wear so I used a throat reamer to clean it up. After another 400 rounds it's pretty much used up....It needs a new barrel so if you wanted to go with the Ackley again or some other caliber it would be a good place to start. Asking $1950 OBO just like to clean up a few old projects .....scope, bipod, cheek pad not included. I will probably part this thing out and post it in the appropriate sections.
