Well, I can’t seem to get a reply via text from Scott, so I guess I need to post here.
I sent funds for this on 03/31 as a replacement for my S&B. I’ve always wanted to try the H59, and this seemed like a relatively inexpensive way to do so, and something I could easily turn if I decided Horus wasn’t for me. I was told it would ship out Tuesday (04/02), and that I would be provided with tracking info. When that didn’t happen, I followed up Wednesday night and again Thursday morning before receiving a reply. Apparently, Scott was working 18hr days, and the scope had come back to him because the portion of the shipping label with my address had been torn off. I get that, had both (shipping delays and package returns) happen to me. He says he’ll get it right out, send me tracking, and refund shipping for the delay.
Fast forward to today. Still not a word from him since Thursday of last week. No reply to any contact initiated by text throughout the day.
I’m 110% understanding of shipping delays and life getting in the way. As I mentioned, happened to me before. I’ve also been a little slow on comms before. Life happens. But after I realize I’m not keeping someone in the loop, I redouble my efforts and make sure I keep them posted.
So far, nothing but radio silence. Scott’s been here awhile, but it’s been over a week since funds were sent. I’ve received no evidence of any shipping attempt, either for the returned package or the second time around. And now my attempts to find out where my scope is, or where things are at with it, have gone cold.
@Scotts556 , you need to drop me a line, man. Delays I can understand, but cold comms after a week of nothing isn’t gonna fly. Where do things stand with this being wrapped up?
