I've got a like new BE date code MR762A1. When purchased it I was told it was unfired but I cannot confirm that as I'm not the original owner. My personal opinion is that while it is VERY clean, and would pass for factory test fire only now, I'd be more comfortable saying that it was most likely test fired a couple of magazines by the previous owner after their purchase. There was a small amount of carbon under the extractor and on the flash hider but otherwise it is pristine. I'm unsure how many rounds HK test fires, but I honestly believe this gun was fired a magazine or two by the previous owner.
It is in EXCELLENT shape and if I didn't disclose it, it would easily pass for factory fired only after my cleaning regimen. I'm attaching a few pictures that I have on my phone as I'm not at the same residence I have the gun at the moment. I've got tons of feedback on here and guarantee the rifle as described. You will not be disappointed.
