Probably will regret selling... but wanting a different cartridge for the new year. This barrel only has 240 rounds down it. Basically just broke in. Shooting a very mild load of H4350 with 105 Bergers. Frequently shooting .3" groups on paper.

Barrel done by Blue Mountain Precision this year.

Hawk Hill Barrel, 24" Medium Palma, OD Green, Threaded 5/8x24

Picture is a 950 yard target, shot prone with rear bag on a breezy day.

$695 Shipped

(See other post / selling Blue Mountain Precision 6.5saum Carbon barrel also)

Nice barrel. Interesting use of H4350 on 6BR. What was the load & velocity?
31.9 grains H4350 / 2,805 FPS with Berger 105 Hybrids / May be a little faster now. SD's average at 4 fps. Used up all of my RL15 in my 6.5 Grendel, but have tons of H4350 so I made the switch and will stick with it. H4350 produces incredibly consistent loads in my BR, albeit with slightly lower velocities.

That’s crazy! I don’t think I would have even considered H4350 for a BR but might have to try it now cause I have some. Although I’m shooting BRA but same principle.

Decent amount of reviews on H4350 and BR performance online. The overwhelming response is always seemed to be "a little slow but unbelievably consistent!" Greg from Primal Rights has lots of experience with that combo.

Now just buy my barrel and give it a shot! 😊

If I hadn’t stocked up on barrels when Covid first hit I probably would consider it, but I already have a couple spares. Thanks for the info though! It’ll be interesting to try.
