Package deal. 223 upper (the one with the tank brake) has 200 rounds through it. The 224 Valkyrie upper is unfired. Cerakote is Tungsten. 223 upper has LMOS, 224 has VMOS. The 223 upper does not have a thermal dissipate, the 224 does. I measure 20” on the 223 and 22” on the 224.
