Free bump and a random question: on the lsw knob, does the outer ring spin freely? Mine spins freely and I have to grab the turret closer to the scope to adjust my windage.

I have two 525, and they both have the outer cap on the windage spinning freely

That's their "Twist Guard" feature. Supposedly stops your windage turret from being accidentally dialed.

This is correct. The 525 has it and the 624 does not have that feature.
