Hello, I'm new here --kinda. I've read through hours and hours of threads on multiple subjects, but primarily optics; more so recently. I ordered my first rifle last July, and didn't receive it until it was pretty crappy here in Minnesota, so I never had the urge to go try it out. Fast forward to about 2 weeks ago, when I finally got out to go shoot. I put about 40 rounds through it, before I came to the conclusion, the optic was not for me. Ultimately I feel like my inexperience, bad eyes, and the eyebox of this optic do not mesh well. I did a lot of research, and ended up deciding to just go with the higher end, a ZCO 527 to be exact. So, I'm interested in selling this NX8 to help fund the ZCO, which I already purchased. I already got hooked up through Richard with CSTactical (real nice guy!).
I felt like I owed anyone looking at this the story behind it, due to my extremely new account. I've been here, but haven't made an account here --I read more than participate, sorry!
What I'm selling:
Nightforce NX8 4-32x50 F1 MOAR (C624) (Only mounted with manufacturer's specs and shot 40 rounds through rifle with mounted): $2150
(Purchased brand new from SCHEELS in Rochester, MN --This comes with everything it originally came with, stickers included. Lol)
NF X-Treme Duty Ultralite Unimount, 30mm 1.5in with 20MOA taper (A221): $260
NF Extended Power Throw: $25
NF 3in Sunshade 50mm: $30
NF Ring Cap Bubble Level (A128): $75
All like new.
All together, along with taxes (no shipping costs), this ended up being a total cost of $2,723.08
I'd like to sell this all together for a total of $1,950 shipped.
