This die is brand new and has never neem used. I added some gun oil to the plastic bag as I recently moved and didn't want it to get rusty while sitting in a box in the basement waiting to be moved and unpacked. It will come with an extra mandrel.
The pointer replaces the decapping pin when not depriming. New decapping pins can be purchased at MA for small or standard flash hole sizes - 3 for $10.
The die is designed give about 0.002-0.003 neck tension depending on your brass and spring back. Mandrel is 0.002 under bullet diameter.
