Brand new barrel in the plastic. I have two of these, one with 600 rds on it. Shoots 147s in a ragged hole, or berger 144s in a ragged hole... no experience with other bullets.
I would sell the used one for $450. I only shoot mild loads for NRL hunter... plenty of life left and you won't need to do barrel break in.
New one in plastic is $765 shipped, you'll be doing barrel break in because they do speed up.
