Here is one of the earliest and best condition Semi Auto HK G3's you ever will find. Golden State Arms Corp. Santa Fe division had these rifles imported from HK Germany, the earliest being the 3/62 batch that this rifle is from and the first ever HK rifles commercially imported to the U.S.. The rifle is marked G3 as the "HK91" nomenclature was not around until 1974 nor had the G41 name been assigned like the later batches. They basically pulled rifles from the G3 production line and assembled them with a semi auto trigger group that had been marked with the G.S.A.C. markings. These early rifle had no denials installed on them initially and retain the the front push pin hole for the trigger group. These rifles like the early G series browning FAL's were approved by the ATF as they had already been imported but the later batches had to modified with denials on the receiver. As you can see in the photo's this G3 looks like new and has all of it's numbers matching parts. Don't let this HK G3 get away from you or your collection, they rarely come up for sale in this condition.
