I have two Larue LT112, and 1 ADM 1321. All 34mm. These were mounted and used but are still in perfect working order. ADM had the extended QD tabs which I cut off as the extended portion interfered on one of my guns.

100 each for the LaRue's
60 for the ADM

I would trade for a 30 or 34 spuhr mount or for a raptar spuhr adapter. Of course we'd have to work out values to make the trade fair.
