Selling a like new Secret Service 11.5 SR16 upper 2 mags fired suppressed and unsuppressed all good to go cleaned and put away. The upper where the charging handle seats and where the rear sight folds down and hits upper has wear. The upper came with the phosphate E3 BCG I purchased the chrome BCG separate. The upper was fired with the phosphate E3 BCG.
