This was removed from a rifle that was taken to the range once in about 5 years. Excellent to like-new condition. Receiver extension included. Comes with polymer/nylon insert/spacer that will allow you to run a carbine buffer setup if you want, but it is not necessary. This is the AR15 PRS as it has the longer cheek riser when compared to the PRS for .308.
