Want to trade a Bighorn TL3 for a Kelbly Atlas Tactical, or another action around the price range. TL3 is right hand, short action with 308 bolt face. AW cut, medium tang, 30 MOA rail

I have a 6x47 Lapua barrel that will go with it, not asking for anything extra for that

Looking for Kelbly, or a 3 lug

I’ve had a lot of interest in selling the action out right.

I’d like to trade for now. The trade would need to be for an action with a barrel attached (can be shot out or near the end of its life) so I can purchase it as a rifle, as I’m only 20.

you can buy actions as a rifle. the barrel does nothing
Interesting. I’ve been denied when trying to do that before because they say they can be created into pistols. I’ve spoken to a couple action manufacturers and they said the only way I can purchase an action from them is if I supply a barrel and they transfer it to me as a rifle.

what commie state do you live in? i've never heard of anything like that

Nebraska. I went to purchase five AR receivers and got denied. An 07 put butt stocks on them, then they became rifles and all was peachy. Should be the same story with a barrel over 16”.
very little on the books regarding nebraska and long guns from what i briefly saw. i'd find an FFL who has a better idea what he's doing

You can have a pistol with a barrel over 16". The stock is what makes it a rifle. Same as the AR lowers you bought. No barrels needed, just a stock.
