Xero® C1 Pro Chronograph

Got one about a month ago. I love it. I switched from a magnetto speed in a wiser mount and the Garmin is a lot easier to use. Got the Grey Ops mount for Christmas and together they make a nice combo. Granted I haven’t used it a ton but it hasn’t missed a shot and when using at a match during sight in with a line full of shooters it only picks up my shots.

Bought one too a few weeks ago.
I now have four chronos and the Garmin is the easiest to use.
I just plopped it down next to my rifle and it just works.
I wished the screen was a little brighter.

As beetroot says, the Xero is very convenient and no chore at all to set up. Previously I used an optical chronograph, which I learned to set up very quickly. But the Xero is a simple matter of placing on the bench in an appropriate spot. It's that straightforward. I used it each time and chronied over two cases of Lapua in addition to some RWS and Eley.

If my Garmin was lost, I would immediately get another.

Deffinently an upgrade from my magneto speed. Easy to set up. When I am at the range records every shot of my session from start to finish. No point of impact shift. I even use it to test hand gun loads. Put it on my tri pod and stand beside it. I have never regretted buying it.

Post in thread 'Is the Garmin Xero still the Whiz Bang Chrono to get? Is there a new(er) model coming this year?'
