Used XLR Element Chassis for rem 700 short action and clones. It was painted by Shortbus/Braden in urban flectran. Chassis includes sawtooth arca rail, XLR bag rider, XLR thumb rest, XLR we mount and action screws. The stock tube is weighted and the complete chassis weighs 5.9 lbs.

Im interested in the element. It really weighs almost 6lbs? Im building a heavy barreled heavy .308 for kid use to help reduce recoil. That will probably put me close to 15lbs total

@Gundaddy79 It does weight that much and is very well balanced with a heavy barrel. I ran a Bighorn action with a proof comp contour and it was perfect. I can grab a scale pic if needed. Thanks!

I was just wondering. I have a Remington s/an and going with a 26” sendero heavy barrel. I think this chassis is the way to go. These seem to have the most adjustable length of pull I’ve seen. Would you take $500?
