XLR??? Where?

Send him a message on here, or make sure you left a detailed message with him. Kyle seems to be a very busy man and has always made things right by me. I have 3 chassis from him, have ordered parts, and had warranty work done. I have been very pleased with his services. At times it has taken him a short while to get in touch, but he has always came through for me.

I apologize for any difficulty in reaching us. We have been very busy and unfortunately I am not able to be in the office at all times. If you leave a message I will return the call shortly. According to my call log, all messages have been returned so if you have not got a return call please try us again and I will be happy to help you out. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. MST.

Thanks, Kyle ~ XLR

I know exactly what you mean. He has answered my call 3 times out of 30 calls. He's answered my questions over email pretty efficiently, though. I've never had so much trouble giving someone money.

Edit: Just a note, Kyle has given me nothing but excellent service. I didn't leave any messages, because I don't mind calling back.

Again guys, if you call and don't leave a message I have no idea who called. Leave a message or send an e-mail I will respond soon. We are a small shop and I have to work in the shop as well. We are working on adding another office manager but until then we have to roll this way.

Kyle

I'm not really complaining. It doesn't bother me. You've been more than accommodating, and the customer service has been excellent. I edited my previous post to reflect that. It did take me at least a week of trying to order before I got it in. However, with only a 5 week turnaround time who can complain?

I've always gotten timely responses from Kyle, and resolutions to any issues I've had (lost screws, wanted to buy a new part, etc...). You've got to have realistic expectations about getting a response from a shop where they're focused on output.

Let's not forget, too, that Kyle is actually a nice guy when you talk to him. How many times have we seen those threads where a small business owner calls customers needy clingers and tells them to fork over the money and STFU?

P.S. Hey Kyle, have you considered expanding the business? Y'know, like... hiring an engineer with a business degree? I would add SO MUCH SYNERGY.
