Rifle Scopes Zero USO #3 1/10 Mil w/ stop

Quick question for all of the USO experts out there...

I have a #3 1/10 mil w/ stop on my SN3. When I first mounted this up it was dead nuts on. Now after 500 or so rounds I need to adjust about .2. How do I adjust this ?

Is it really as easy as sticking the supplied hex wrench in and adjusting it ever so slightly like the EREK ?

Dial to make point of aim=point of impact, loosen turret with allen wrench and turn to zero. Tighten.

#3 and #1's reset like any traditional knobs.
