Zeroing Thermal Scope?

New to thermal scopes, but as they all seem to be digital and lack adjustment turrets (Pulsar and AGM for example), how does one zero the scope? Used a nice pulsar last week, but the zero was off by about 2 MOA up and 2 MOA right and could not figure out how to correct other than by holdover. Could not access manuals to check. Thanks for any inputs.

Usually you go into the advanced menu. Then you can move your crosshair up/down or left/right. They have coordinates so when I get done I take a pic incase I do something dumb. Overall its as easy as a day scope.
