22 creedmoor varget 90gr heavy bullets

I am sure you have found what you are after, but I thought I would share my results.

1-7" proof barrel. 22"
90vld

h4350 would pressure before I could break 3000fps.

Retumbo was better. but still pressured before 3100.

H4831sc was suitable.

I know it isn't available, and it is totally my luck, but RL26 gave me the best results. 42 gas. fed 205M 3190 fps. ES of 15 on virgin brass. No pressure till 44 grains. Cheers!

Optics Leupold Mark 5HD 7-35x56 PR2 Reticle

I am selling a new Leupold Mark 5HD 7-35x56 with the PR2 Reticle. The color of the scope is black. The scope was taken out of the box for the pictures and mostly for me to fantasize what it would look like on one of my guns, but again I need to sell this for other doodads.

I do not have no rings for this scope and I am not looking to trade.

Welp, there went Douglas Barrels lol

I get it. I love Douglas and wish them the best, but they were awesome because you could get a quality button carbon steel barrel put on for like 580 bucks, and now they're in brux territory and that sucks. Too expensive now.
Tell me this then, when they were cheaper, how many of you, and all the competitors were linin' up for one? Now that they're right around brux/kreiger territory, would you still line up for one? Do you think that line will increase or decrease?
Since when are they in Brux territory? Most cut rifled barrel blanks go for $420 (Douglas is under $300) and up, then add $350 (some places may be less) to chamber and prefit. On top of that it is still a very high quality barrel. Prices have gone up, Pay the price, not sure where you will find an equally accurate barrel for less money. and yes I have 3 Douglas Barrels. One on my Custom Sharps 1874 and 2 on ARs.

Rifle Scopes What’s the plus of having a bigger tube?

Compact scopes have always been my preference. For this reason, I like to use the one-inch tubes. I've had a few 30mm tubes, and while they worked fine, I didn't see any benefit to utilizing them.
The quality of the scope is the most crucial factor.

I didn’t read the whole thread, so this was probably covered already. But you should see a little brighter image through the 30mm tube vs the 1”.
