Giraud Trimmers

Yes sir. Thanks for the clarification. I’ll be transparent with the buyer for sure.
I’m sorry, I didn’t realize that was your sale post. Your listing is clear about what they are. I just didn’t want someone to click over and think they were case cutters. Definitely didn’t mean to cause trouble or imply you weren’t being above board!

Maggie’s Socially UNacceptable Humor

Dean Kaman? He is still alive.

It was the CEO of the company that made the Segway, I think. Kaman Invented it, but did not manufacture it!

Irony… oh the irony!

At least 3 dead after explosion at LASD training facility

The article I linked was updated with:

"A grenade was recovered at the Santa Monica apartment complex Thursday, a city police officer told The Times.

Michael Kellman, who lives in the building, told The Times that a fellow tenant called the police Thursday after discovering a bag of grenades tucked away in her storage unit."

Would be a major fuck-up if they were working under the assumption that it was inert but with 3 sets of eyes, I couldn't imagine how it'd be missed.
How does one discover a bag of grenades in their storage locker?
Major mishandling of ordnance by police, terrible that 3 officers died from it.

Don’t forget the CEO who plunged off a cliff riding one of those two wheeled goofy gyro balanced mall cop transporter thingies….

Can’t remember the name, but they were a whole new paradigm for getting hit by cars!

Sirhr
Ironically, it was the guy who invented the two wheeled goofy gyro balanced mall cop transporter thingies.

New Applied Ballistics® Quantum™ APP! - & It's Free!

I would do a DSF on Rimfire at 300 yards, 500, and 700 yards. For my 17 HMR I used 250 yards, and 300 yards before I did a PDM for mine. I wouldn't do them inside of 200 yards.
I watched the video again, not sure it clearly spelled it out but I gathered for 22lr you do the bulk of the tuning with MV not DSF.

I’ve changed to Eley now and the app has a CDM for it.
Managed to get it pretty much perfect with just tuning the MV.

Playing around with a few things, it looks like you want to tune close range with MV and then longer distance with DSF. Tuning with DSF at close range through things way out at distance, so I think that was my issue before.

If I were to shoot a bullet that didn’t have a custom drag model (such as Eley Club, STD etc) how would you tune it?
Mess around with both the BC and MV for close distance, then DSF out far? Or take MV from my Garmin and just tune BC at close range?

Last time I did that was at the Marriott Sea-Tac. Vehicle broken into, contents stolen. That, in spite of "24 hour security". Skinnies cruising those lots, "security guards" getting a cut of the take, or cash hush money payments.

Marriott's response ? Concern, went through the motions and finally said "I'm sure your insurance will take care of that". Thanks loads........
Back in the 80's I lived in Oceanside and learned a valuable lesson. Leave the doors unlocked, a couple dollars in change in the ashtray and nothing else. They won't break your window glass and a few dollars in change will satisfy them enough to not vandalize the rest of the car. I had my ashtray emptied out a few times but nothing else damaged. The neighbors had bent wiper blades, antenna and other damage.
Airport parking garage I've gotten door dings, paint scratches that I assume were from people dragging their luggage between cars. So I guess there's a trade off.

Rifle Scopes Zco 2-10 experiences? Please post here.

So after watching the video review posted above, I'm now seriously considering the ZCO. My reasoning to justify the cost is this --- the only way to make use of only 10x is through superior glass IQ and resolution . I already have the G3 Razor 1-10 , It's a compromise. But for a DMR - The ZCO IMO actually appears to deliver on true precision in a small package. The glass NEEDS to be great to pull that off.

Finally! We are going to catch up to Mexico!!!

WTF made anyone think all this artificial shit was better or safer than sugar?

You ever notice people 100 - 200 pounds or more overweight are usually guzzling diet sodas.

Shit don't work
It’s not the diet soda. It’s everything else. You can’t make up for a 5000 calorie diet and sedentary lifestyle with a Diet Coke, regardless of the impression that Cindy Crawford gave you. Artificial sweetener does exactly what it says. It sweetens without adding meaningfully to caloric intake, because the molecule is not broken down by the body. And, in terms of diet, artificial sweeteners (AS) are some of the most widely studied molecules around. Except for like one study where researchers fed mice something like 1/2 their body weight in AS on the daily, they’ve shown to have essentially no side effects.

Gotta stop all work on the stadium too. Wow. Yet...
Nashville PoPo decided to hold back the tranifesto.
Nashville PoPo haven't gotten serious with Venezuelan gangs (or others for that matter).
Nshville itself has the shittiest roads imaginable, potholed.

I find their airport pretty crappy for a new design; but maybe it's not finished. Parking? May as well cut your legs off because that's the price to park. Last I flew out I parked at a hotel and spent the night...cheaper. And, I've gotten a rental car and driven there..again cheaper.
The last time we flew out of Nashville we stayed at a hotel that had parking and an airport shuttle service. IIRC it was about half the cost of the airport parking.
It was more convenient to be let off at the departure doors and not having to deal with parking, dragging your luggage to the shuttle and then to the terminal. Same for the return flight. Shuttle pickup was right outside the baggage claim and dropped off at our car at the hotel.
