I've carried a 1911 of some variety (full size, commander...etc.) in .45 since I've been old enough to own my own handguns. I'd say about 15 years ago I switched to 9mm and just recently have gone to the 2011 in 9mm. On hotter days when covering garments are minimal, I'll carry a Sig P365.

I have blank T5A stocks on the shelf. These are "out of the mold" blanks. We handle all the paint/finish work here.

Just to be clear: The agreement I have with Manners stocks is that we never sell one in the unfinished condition. It won't leave here without a coat of paint.

Once I sand on it later tonight and ease the edges it'll blend in pretty good I think. The K2 XL that I bought came with the lube bottle grip core but I removed that and a made a foam insert to go in its place to hold some optic tools and stuff without rattling around. It looks like there's a big gap in the front but it's not that bad because of the interior contours of the grip. If I get to feeling a certain way about it I may seal it up with some JBW.
